I wish I could have stayed there forever. The views from the rooms, lobby, pool, and beach are truly breathtaking!

hotel staffs are kind and the facilities are well. The hotel building is old but well renovated.

Staff were friendly, beach really 60 steps from the hotel.The restaurant offered really good food.

I don’t want to say « don’t like ».It is just this hotel is not really baby friendly.I don’t think it is a hotel you can stay with baby between 0 to 18months.From 2 years old, that is a good place for kids

Great location! Close to restaurants and beach is located on the property! Recommend anyone going to Kume make a reservation for the restaurants as there are not too many and they fill up quick! The staff there is awesome and super friendly! The lifeguards were awesome and everyone was very friendly! Would absolutely stay there again!

the heaters were already on with no option for a/c so the room were hot. had to leave back sliding door open at night to get comfortable which led to mosquito bites.

It was clean and comfortable but the hotel was a bit worn down at some places.

Hotel is unbeatable right on Eef Beach, and rooms are clean, large and have lovely views of the ocean.

Corridor with the hotel rooms (looked a bit like hospital). And the very limited lunch possibilities. However: breakfast buffet was excellent!

It was at the beach, excellent location. Food was amazing, we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing .

We didn't like the beds; we were a group of 8 people; there wasn't a comfortable mattress in the beds; it was just a hardwood board. Our back hurt the next day for the three days we stayed. The facility needs updates, paint, and renovations. You can see many mold black spots on the ceiling; all need a coat of paint.

Eef Resort offers amazing beach views with outdoor showers, affordable nighly prices, and one of the best breakfast menus I've seen in 2-3 star hotels. They also have a great yakiniku experience in the late afternoon. The onsen is very relaxing and offers a first hand view of the Pacific Ocean. Rooms have powerful AC units, minimizing the natural Pacific heat and humidity.

The beds were hard as a rock, and there was severe mold in the lobby roof. Customer service, though not bad, was not very helpful. The bar was often closed during the weekend (no clear signs anywhere for hours of operation), and despite having vouchers for free drinks and ice cream, we only discovered them at checkout since they did not mention them during check-in. We couldn't use them as the convenience store was closed when we were checking out of the hotel. The bartender serving drinks during one of the few times they opened the bar, did no know how to prepare any drink and had to leave the bar to find someone in the kitchen area to help with bar duties, Additionally, the outside of the hotel needs a deep clean as it looks abandoned.

The Japanese receptionist girl who looks like boy was not so kind, when I asked for room change because of long distance walk , she said the hotel was full, but actually lots of rooms were empty on the website waiting for sale. It seems that she was polite and always said let me check, and looked busywork but I knew her answer in advance which was “sorry,bala bala”. And the Nepal receptionist girl is really warmhearted, maybe she doesn’t know how to pretend to be polite and actually do nothing.

Service

The location is superb. The beach is amazing. It is a quiet and nice place. The staff both at the reception and restaurant was friendly and helpful. There was a big variety of food for breakfast and it was very delicious. The spa was great after whole day. Room was very spacious and comfy and there are also washing machines / dryers available at small fee.

The hotel could be renovated or freshly painted at least. It would bring it to the next level as it has a great potential ?Staff was barely speaking English.We would appreciate some sunbeds also on the beach.

Good location, lovely view. Facilities reasonable. Buffet breakfast good. Most staff polite and friendly.

A bit rundown in general despite the price. Our first room had a huge patch of mold in it. We complained and we were immediately moved. Bed was very hard, worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. One staff member was a bit rude to my partner.

Super friendly stuff! We forgot our Apple Watch and they mailed it to us! Great customer service’! Nice location, right on the pretty beach. A lot of small delicious restaurants near by. Also u can rent a lit gym to drive Around. Nice pool next to hotel
